The Spatio association (the ‘Association’), as data processor, is required to process your personal data in order to promote and implement its activities (in particular to send you invitations to working group sessions and events organised by the Association and to ensure follow-up), where applicable to create and manage your member account as part of the use of its services, and to process your requests. All fields marked with an asterisk must be completed in order to secure your account and enable access to these services. The processing of your data in this context is based on your consent, the execution of your membership contract where applicable, the Association’s legitimate interests or compliance with its legal obligations. In accordance with the applicable conditions, you may modify and access your data, request its deletion or portability, exercise your right to object to or limit the processing of your data, and define instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death, by sending an e-mail to info@spatio.space.

Where this is the applicable legal basis, you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Your data is processed by the Association's authorized internal departments in charge of operating and coordinating the Association’s activities including its working groups and conferences, by the third-party members appointed to lead and coordinate the Association’s working groups or by its subcontractors in charge of managing and sending its correspondence, managing its accounts or hosting and managing its IT system and website.

Your data will not be passed on to any other third party and will not be transferred outside the European Union. Your data will be kept in an active database for the duration of the validity of our exchanges or of your membership, where applicable, in accordance with the provisions of the CNIL, the French data protection authority, or any other competent data depending on your country of residence.
